    波西?比希?雪莱Percy Bysshe Shelley（1792-1822），19世纪前期与拜伦齐名的杰出的英国浪漫主义诗人。抒情诗《西风颂》《致云雀》，诗剧《解放了的普罗米修斯》以及论著《诗辩》均是他为世人历代传诵的佳作。雪莱为支持英国人民抗议运动而写的某些诗歌中的名句，成为后来劳工运动和宪章运动中传颂的歌词。
